Since 2005, more or less
A website that grew up with me.
I learned basic HTML when I was about 12 years old. In 2005, my dad bought me a domain and I started building a website on GeoCities. Like any kid with a little HTML and unrestricted ambition, I was pretty sure it was going to become the greatest site on the internet.
It did not.
But the instinct behind it stuck around: learn how something works, make something useful, put it out into the world, and keep improving it. In 2026, after more than a decade in the military, I found myself building software and apps — and SaturnStraw suddenly had a reason to exist again.
Today, SaturnStraw is the home base for those projects. Some are practical tools. Some are experiments. All of them start with the same idea that started the original site: I wonder if I can build that.
